Anastasija began her journey in rhythmic gymnastics at the age of three. A Master of Sports and former member of the Latvian national team, she has represented her country at the European Championships, World Championships, and World Cups in group routines.
After concluding her athletic career in 2017, Anastasija transitioned into coaching in Latvia. Since 2020, she has been based in the Netherlands, where she discovered her passion for coaching at Ritmica RG Club. Her firsthand experience at the highest levels of competition allows her to guide young gymnasts with insight, empathy, and technical precision.
